Background
A tobacco greenhouse was being scouted, and it was observed that 10% of the greenhouse was affected by black lesions in the stem near the soil line.
Conclusion
The issue was identified as Fusarium sp. Fusarium in tobacco causes unilateral yellowing of the leaves and discoloration of the xylem. Sanitization and ventilation of the greenhouse are recommended to control disease
