Soybeans in Yadkin county, variety AG45XF2, were scouted and observed 80% of field was affected by defoliation, browning, reddening and yellowing between the veins, leaf spots. The soybeans were planted near a stream but the symptoms were over 80 acres. The soybeans grow slow.
Conclusion
The issue was identified as triazole injury. This occurs after the application of a foliar fungicide that contains demethylation inhibitors. The symptoms appear as chlorosis or necrotic.
